13 years of Nursing background studies in social science and clinical psychology, I have worked along side 4 MD's 2 DO's and physician assistants and have Learned a lot about treatments and diagnoses of medical related studies I started in 2002 taking pre required courses to become a physician assistant and took medical assistant program to supplement the cost of school and after settling into an urgent care clinic in 2005 I just did not finish the pre required courses to get accepted over the years I have learned more hands on clinical information, behavioral health, management skills, team leadership skills, verbal communication, computer skills, insurance laws, than any school could have taught me I work with some of the best doctors and have learned a lot about the health industry and also leading a team of 5 other nursing staff. I have exceptional leadership skills, computer efficient, Ability to train staff and implementation of new projects or programs, accreditation or health licensing knowledge, excellent communication, willingness to learn and quick learning curve, ability to meet deadlines and if I don't know I will take the time to figure it out and to know and get the answers, I take pride on knowing what I am doing and helping people find the answer as well as myself understanding and giving absolute correct information, most of willing to work hard and above absolute standards Thank you for your time!
