The entirety of the operation was condensed into less than two months, was executed 12 days ahead of schedule and directly saved the Government over $100,000 in additional costs.• Successful implementation and adaptation of the workplace preparedness procedures of the safe return program during the COVID pandemic that focused on the risk mitigation priorities. • Managed 2,500+ pieces of trackable government property as the Contract Property Manager (CPM), with the responsibility of ensuring record upkeep, development and implementation of improvement processes, procurement, turn-in, loss reporting, and the successful completion of 6 annual inventory cycles reporting less than a 1% loss. • Management of the Workplace Services Team, which includes 5 individuals.• Responsible for all facility and operational contracts (over 40 annually) and 29 regular vendors to include: creating statements of work (SOW), soliciting bids, interviewing, utilizing the corporate accounting system for all steps of the procurement and accountability process. • Provided a proactive approach to facility management responsibilities by identifying and resolving issues quickly.
