Lead and support client-facing editorial projects across client services, operations, and compliance departments. Responsibilities include publishing client newsletter, forms, statement inserts, company blog posts, and miscellaneous tasks for the marketing team. My role has expanded to include enabling client services, discovering and implementing process improvements to quickly manage impending escalations, analyzing client opinion data, and working towards improving overall satisfaction.
