I am a IT professional primarily focused in VoIP and Telecommunications for MUFG Bank, the world's most trusted financial group. Throughout my career in VoIP I have obtained experience in Unify, Skype, Teams, and Cisco equipment and administration, as well as skills utilizing various software, network, and telecommunications equipment. Despite managing work and life's challenges, I succeeded in being awarded with my AS in Computer Information Systems degree where coursework focused on learning elements of programming languages, information systems, and networking. I have since overcome leaps and bounds within my career with exemplary knowledge and skill growth. Before my IT career, I teetered around in diverse roles ranging from Bank teller, call center representative, sales agent, and administrative assistant to name a few, which greatly supported my communication abilities by gaining a better understanding of end-user perspective.
