Main Activities:Review and document multi-element revenue contracts with supporting authoritative literature working with Legal, Sales, Global Support to ensure revenue is recognized accurately.Business partner of the Global services organization, working closely with the Services project managers for financial review of the Statement of Work and accurately recognize the revenue related to services (review of estimates and Percentage of Completion analysis) Support other teams with the processing of complex transactions to ensure appropriate accounting treatment and calculate allocations on multiple element arrangements.Assist in updating internal revenue policies and procedures, including SOX narratives and matrices, and ensure procedures are followed in compliance.Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual close of revenue related matters: Revenue control and booking for unbilled and deferred revenue, documentation of reconciliations, and the analysis of the variances.Proceed the VSOE quarterly compliance testing, and support external audits.

Preparation of the monthly/quarterly reporting according US GAAP rules.Keeping General Ledger of Italian and Spanish legal entity (bank, payroll, prepaid accounts, accruals, reconciliations etc.) and Accounts Payable according to US GAAP and statutory requirements.Experience in General Ledger also for Belgium, Denmark and France in USGAAP.Preparation of local required tax declarations and monthly cash forecasts.Support audits and preparation of annual accounts.

Budget control on associated companies.Cost and pricing for new projects. Cost x Revenue analisys.Closing and activation of projects in intangible assets.Analisys for new business with Mobile recharge.Support and generation of management reports and presentations.Audit support. Analysis and conciliation of Manufacturing and Inventory Accounts, implementation and work to prepare for statutory Inventory average costing.Control of Inventory Aging and Inventory Royalties. Cogs recognition for BRGAAP. Analysis between USGAAP and BRGAAP. Standard cost and Average cost. Support to External and Internal audits. Developing of different accounting process.Support and generation of management reports. Direct reports for customers abroad, local manager and directors.Support in projects and Implementation of Statutory Inventory Cost Calculation, New Business Model, and Brazilian compliance reports. Support and planning on Average cost system implementation. Support in USGAAP closing with entries, documentation, and review of entries in Management and statutory books.
