• Provide technical infrastructure knowledge and direction to vendors, clients, developers and system administrators on configuration and architecture Oracle Fusion and cloud applications.• Point of contact for escalations pertaining to but not limited to application installation and support, configurations issues, application performance, disaster recovery, and project management.• Managed Mission-critical application production systems and support projects across multiple high profile clients.• Involved in installing, patching, cloning, Functional Setup, bug creation For HCM, CRM, IDM Applications to include PeopleSoft, Cognos, Seibel, and many other Oracle applications.• Create ad hoc queries, scripts, and macros, update existing queries, create new ones to manipulate subsequent versions and files.• Provide system engineering and analysis support of Oracle Fusion database servers including development, integration, implementation, maintenance, and senior level support.• Investigate performance anomalies and perform root cause analysis and debug protocol for databases and their user interfaces.
