- BIM strategy team member; mandate to develop and deliver the strategy to successfully implement BIM across the company, aligned with its strategic vision to become fully BIM enabled- Supporting business units in process optimizations through the application of digital planning tools, processes and workflows- Coordinating cross-business unit collaboration in the area of BIM/VDC - Designing and delivering structured training programmes in 3 languages, as per buildingSMART openBIM standards and accreditation- Enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards in compliance with ISO9001 and ISO19650 standards- Sourcing appropriate tools (e.g. IDEATE); building model quality control capabilities and systems- Promoting BIM culture and digital collaborative way of work, managing BIM success stories within the company- Attending and participating in global BIM conferences, seminars and workshops
