Christina is a dynamic and accomplished Haitian professional and social activist, currently based in Canada. Her academic journey commenced in 2019 at Quisqueya University, where she actively contributed to CEGI, an organization dedicated to fostering industrial engineering in Haiti. In pursuit of further knowledge and cultural enrichment, she ventured to Japan in 2021 and successfully completed her studies at Aoyama Nippongo Gakuinn School, specializing in Japanese Language and Culture.With exceptional linguistic prowess, Christina is fluent in French, English, Creole, and Japanese, making her a skilled polyglot who can effectively engage and connect with diverse groups of individuals.Christina is the co-founder and executive president of FanmIn, an organization she co-founded in 2022 after participating in the One Young World summit in Manchester, where she proudly carried the flag for Haiti. FanmIn is committed to championing the significance of family and empowering women and girls, believing that strong families form the bedrock of a robust society, with women as the backbone of a flourishing community.Currently, Christina is overseeing the E-learning program known as "Ann Aprann Asanm," a non-profit initiative dedicated to empowering young individuals in Haiti, particularly those facing barriers to education. She is a dedicated volunteer who has worked with various social activities and organizations, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in her community.Christina is the IYC 7 regional lead ambassador for Haiti, actively contributing to promoting the activity and encouraging young leaders from Haiti to participate in the event. She's also one of the young leaders selected by Plan International Canada to take part in the Girls Belong Here program in March 2024. She collaborates with the Glocal foundation as a volunteer for the national youth service network and represented Haiti as a delegate at the World Bank Group Youth Summit in 2023.Beyond her impactful work, Christina was a freelance model in Japan, having collaborated with several renowned Japanese modeling agencies, including Avocado, YC's, and d'Xim. She's a multifaceted individual with diverse hobbies, including singing and dancing.Christina is a humanist who is passionate about helping people in her home country and making a meaningful impact in her community. She particularly supports the cause of women and is dedicated to advancing gender equality in Haiti, firmly believing that education is the key to a brighter future for all women.
