I reconcile claims. I verify insurance and create insurance claims. I make sure the patient pays the correct copays. I help answer phones. I post insurance payments. I do all of the eligibility for every patient that comes through our doors. I assist in our yearly audits. I keep up with patients lab cases and make sure they get to and from the lab in a timely fashion.
