I currently work in Capital for the Finance Department. My job is to enter capital projects and monitor the expenditures against the budget for those projects. I complete monthly forecasting and generate reports for the varoius departments so they can have a snap shot of their current projects. I am also responsible for all Contractor Labor invoice payments.

My responsibilities included accurate and timely completion of monthly financial statements for two cable systems that had 70,000 combined subscribers for which I completed monthly profit and loss statements with supporting documentation. Reconciling accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank statements from the subsidiary systems to the general.

I was responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing and payroll for sixty employees. I also completed monthly and quarterly payroll tax returns for five states as well as year end W-2's.
