Patients come to me with that have failed other "traditional type physical therapy", want to do it right the first time, and/or prioritize natural/hollistic approach type treatment. Treatment at T-REX PT is very unique in that it is all one on one, mostly hands on, and personalized each visit to your needs. The main physical therapist is Christina Schofield, PT DPT CSCS NKT3. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NAU in 2011, and also received an Exercise Science BS from UNM in 2007. She loves to stay active herself, and does not want to be told NOT to do things. She has found complimenting techniques that have not only helped her get through several tough injuries and return to high activity, but now her patients!Techniques used most are Neurokinetic therapy and Neural Reset Therapy to help patients get better faster.
