I am also responsible for analyzing key business processes, such as theater scheduling, sales, marketing, HR, training and development, and maintenance to identify inefficiencies and employ continuous improvement initiatives.Below are my Key Achievements in this role: Achieved food cost savings of 1.3% for 2019 in contrast to 2018. Improved PPA Averages by $1.50 for two consecutive years with reduced attendance counts. Maintained average labor of 16% for two years in contrast to industry standard of 20%, while managing wage increase of $1/hour per year in 2019 and 2020 for hourly employees.
