Property management of approximately 200 higher end single family homes and townhomes in Blackfalds, Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, and Innisfail.Some commercial property management.Collecting rent, showing properties, application review and quality control checks.Conducting move in/out reports, monthly inspections and general landscape checks.Provide on call 24h service for emergencies and tenant prospects.

Manager for 94 unit aparatell, partial hotel and partial apartment rentals.Manage staff of 5-8 people, including housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, security and general contractors.Advertising for building and available positions, interviewing, hiring staff. Conducting staff meetings, reprimanding and problem solving.Creating schedules for staff and daily housekeeping tasks.Training all staff new processes and tasks, ordering products, creating work orders and following up with maintenance issues.
