I currently am a Team Lead at Healthways. I manage the work flow, train new employees, am developing a training manual for our department, do adjustments of incorrectly adjudicated claims and assist our department manager in the day-to-day activities that encompass our department.
I followed up on claims billed to insurances, rebilled incorrectly billed claims to insurances, answered patient phone calls about their bills, trained new employees, and started the development of a training manual for our department.
