One of my life mottos is "Nothing is impossible until everyone tries as hard as he can". I am very persistent and purposeful in the work I am responsible for. At the same time by creating the pleasant atmosphere for each my colleague, I am enjoying each step of the working process, that helps to stay positive and solution-oriented in unpredictable and stressful situations.Believe in everything I do and ready to give my all to it. Never stop learning and searching for new opportunities, as I am always interested in innovations and carrying out new projects.Last year and a half, I have been working in international youth organization AIESEC, coordinating 4 departments. We managed to organize exchange programs in Belarus for more than 40 youngsters from all over the world and send abroad 40 exchange participants, at the same time providing more than 100 students with high qualified team experience. Annually we hold more than 10 cultural and educational events. Currently I am working as Business Development Manager, developing sales strategies and establishing partnerships with companies and realizing incoming business internships.In partnership with Portuguese Spark Agency, we are working on building the second edition of world-class career accelerator Pitch Bootcamp, that connect young talents with companies, creating job opportunities.

Pitch Bootcamp Minsk Project ManagerSpark Agency Jan 2016 - Apr 2016Pitch Bootcamp is a 2-day programme that joins students and recent-grads with great companies. During these 2 days, 40 youngsters meet 20 companies and capitalize their talent into building great careers. It acts on filling the gap that exists between companies and students or recent-grads, by connecting them in a very particular and unique environment. Pitch Bootcamp acts mainly on two levels: life-long empowerment and creating actual work and job opportunities.As a project manager for the first edition of Pitch Bootcamp Minsk, I was responsible for: Inviting companies Communication and promotion of the event Registration and participants coordinationLogistics set up of the event. We managed to gather more than 40 participants and 20 companies, among which Velcom, Volvo, BAT, Studiya Borovogo, MaeSens, Idea Bank, STA Logistic and others. Around 30% of participants got their job or internship after the event. Now we are working on the second edition of Pitch Bootcamp in Minsk.
