She took on a role that sold a product generally considered not viable for our market and the options on the table were to shelve the product until we could develop it further to suit the market, or to discard it entirely. Regardless of the challenge, Christina took on the role and succeeded where very few had before her. By developing a well-oiled team that could jump between customer experience support to operations management and sales, Christina proved all those around her wrong - the market was there, we just hadn't been persistent enough in selling to it yet. Her biggest flaw is also one of her major assets - she has the occasional tendency to be a perfectionist and will devolve into a flurry of activity when deliverables aren't to her standard.
