As a charmer, I consulted with customers to help them complete already existing outfits for special occasions as well create outfits for an occasion. Using my inventory knowledge as well as my fashion knowledge, I was able to find jewelry and accessories for customers based on what they wanted. More likely than not, they purchased what I picked out or at least thanked me for understanding what they were and for pointing them in the right direction.

As a spa consultant, I educated customers on the skin products and spa services that Planet Beach has to offer. I started the machines and kept track of which ones where in use and which ones were free. While the services were in use, I tried to cross sell and up sell the waiting customer to create a more positive spa experience for them.

As an associate at Panera Bread, I mostly prepared food to order for customers. In order to do so, my coworkers and I had to work as a team in order to increase efficiency. All of us had to make sure we knew what we were doing and could perform under the pressures of busy lunch rushes. I learned that my personal efficiency counts towards a greater goal of the team. I also learned that supporting and helping coworkers benefits the overall attitude of the team which in turn improved our overall efficiency.
