 Own the financial planning cycle, including managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, provide management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning for 5,700 employees and $1.1B in operating costs and $200M in capital costs. Lead the bi-monthly forecast and variance process and operational reviews.  Oversaw a budget process which included five-year plans and a rolling 12-month forecast for $50M in Advertising and $15M in Operating Expenses. Executed monthly finance meetings with Managing Directors to determine budget needs and review emerging variances. Created new Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox) procedures to ensure corporate governance according to federal and company guidelines.

 Led efforts in budgeting for two departments for a total of $30M in Advertising and Operating Expenses. Evaluated monthly and quarterly spending and formatted data into reports for senior executives.  Produced advertising accruals, allocations, and 15+ journal entries/reconciliations during monthly close.
