• Collaborate with Project Principal and Client to determine scope of work, programming needs and whishes• Design programs include: Radiology suites Outpatient facilities Behavioral and metal health facilities Hospital Pharmacy/Labs Acute & Sub-acute Long-term care Education• Lead Client through schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration• Develop drawings sets from schematic design through construction development • Coordinate drawings and design intent with MEP and Structural Engineers• Work with Client, Engineers and General Contractor during CA.
