She has negotiated over $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions across 30 countries, and is a leader in creating innovative solutions that align with business objectives, economic trends, and cultural dynamics.Christina is Vice Chairman in Newmark’s Occupier Services group where she leverages her expertise to further the service line’s multi-market strategy and executes for clients on a global scale. Her breadth of work includes strategic planning, portfolio optimization, transaction negotiation (lease, sublease, purchase, & sale), location & site selection analysis, organizational design & governance and technology solutions to empower clients to make informed decisions on real estate. Christina’s clients have spanned some of the world’s most innovative brands, from Fortune 10 enterprises to dynamic startups.Prior to joining Newmark, Christina was founder of Cresa Global's Technology Practice Group and led the Global Portfolio Solutions division. Her career is highlighted by formative roles with an eclectic group of influential and innovative industry leaders: she was apprentice under Warren Wixen, held business development roles at the global architecture firms of Gensler & Arcadis, was Executive Assistant to the CFO at Global Crossing, served as an intern to Senator Dianne Feinstein on her 2000 senate campaign, and was the assistant to Executive Pastry Chef Sherry Yard at Wolfgang Puck's Spago restaurant.Christina is the co-founder of Cacker Capital, an investment firm focused on early-stage technology companies.Christina is a strong proponent of mentorship and believes deeply in supporting your village. Christina resides in San Francisco with her husband, two children and their pup. Christina earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Phoenix while working full time, and is a graduate of Robert Louis Stevenson School.
