Responsible for financial planning, expense accruals and reporting, used in multiple divisions of the partner marketing channels; AOL's largest source of revenue/member acquisition, to deliver on the organizational mission, goals and objectives. Accountable for meeting all contractual expense obligations and reporting.

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and supporting business objectives. Accountable for optimizing service level and reducing costs through accurate inventory planning/forecasting and improving process efficiencies. All activities supported AOL member acquisition/sales.

Responsible for purchasing and replenishing AOL Marketing material for multiple strategic retail partners. Developed and monitored inventory plans, controlling all purchases and expenses. Directed production schedules and work-order processes to ensure on time deliveries.

Responsible for managing inventory and expenses of engineered wood products.
