My professional experience thus far is in the Consumer Insights and Market Research industry. I graduated in May, 2011 with my Bachelor's degree in Marketing and took several valuable classes that helped me decide my career path. I then went on to complete my M.B.A. at Centenary College, focusing in Management. I am very active within the American Management Association, the Burke Institute , the IAAP and the CEW. My master's coursework provided me with knowledge of many different facets of business, particularly in market research areas such as needs assessment, data collection and analysis, program development and effectiveness, and survey design that I am able to put to use in my current role. In addition to my education, my past work experience has provided me with the opportunity to build many strengths. I'm naturally a strong leader with the innate ability to use data to make sound business decisions. I flourish in a role where I am managing multiple projects simultaneously and challenged to not just solve problems, but foresee them before they arise. I perform best in positions which allow me to creatively generate new ideas and deal closely with people. I am project-oriented, extremely intuitive and perceptive, and have solid people skills due to my genuine interest in others and my ability to relate to people on their own level. As a creative and energetic leader, I prefer to inspire and motivate people rather than control them. I respond similarly. I'm a big picture type of person who can also grasp the fine details. A positive, collaborative work environment in which people are challenged to work hard to achieve results is one in which I thrive.
