As an instructional designer for The University of South Florida Health Information Systems department adaptability has become key. Through this department instructional design solutions are created for academic as well as corporate and compliance education for specific training needs. This is then launched on several platforms including Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard as well as stand-alone web compliant solutions. This has given me extensive experience in working directly with professors, department heads and University compliance officers to create real time training solutions for clinical systems personnel and medical students. The high points include multimedia productions integrating video lectures, voiceovers, assessments, interactives and other forms of digital media for the purpose of educating a specific audience. This includes editing Moodle based class modules, video, audio, script writing, and building modules and elearning tools in Articulate Storyline. All within an Agile framework employing Scrum events and artifacts.

Launch Pad was designed to support and foster diversity among VR content creators and VR content projects. One of 100 selected participants in a one day bootcamp and potential scholarship and ongoing mentorship program sponsored by Oculus in conjunction with Facebook. Bootcamp consisted of VR development in Unity and presentations from industry leaders.

As a graphic designer I perform needful HTML, PHP edits for existing multiple directories and domains (70). This includes the creation of new demo sites using a secured recordkeeping system for retirement plans. Additional duties include editing, creating and redesigning financial forms both for hard copy use and digital form fillables. This requires extended server and website asset management. The overall focus is strengthening of company brand collateral and assets through graphic art and design to produce high quality vector art, dynamic web pages, and company promotional products. The position emphasizes highly evolved project management concerning site testing and overall marketing plan implementation.

As a consultant I worked for the implementation team that grants secured online access for clients. This included coordinating with technologies and customers for secured web access. I accomplished this by creating requests for technology needs with Lotus Notes. Beyond that I follow up'd with customers and internal providers, scheduled technology meetings, coordinated Live dates for products and services, while assisting in documenting and managing the lifecycle of the implementation process. Additional duties included proofreading and verifying customer submissions, as well as providing internal Quality Control and Assurance.

I aided in the transfer of information from the existing Moffitt website to a CMS called iApp. This involved some basic HTML, photo manipulation, content editing, navigation set up and overall site testing.

This position required normal activities for an administrative assistant including handling phones, email, coordinating travel, HR, payroll and purchasing functions. Specific to my abilities this position allowed me to act as technical support for most Windows and Office concerns, graphic design and implementation of spreadsheets and technical accounting methods to move away from a paper heavy office. This included the creation of online and PowerPoint presentations for conferences to be presented by the Dean. I oversaw the design and implementation of new methods of filing, cataloging mail and supplies. This required the creation of new methods of troubleshooting staff and student concerns and new processes for streamlining activities. A residual consequence was the need to create training manuals for new employees and processes to deal with the Oracle based data management system CCBC still employs known as Banner.

This position began as a part time administrative assistant position. My duties included planning travel, monitoring email and cataloguing College concerns such as articulation agreements and the changes in the College Catalog. This quickly became an online catalog editor position editing the changes that were made in the college catalog within the CMS system CCBC employed. In addition to this I continued administrative duties, maintained budgets and associated documents, updated the online College Catalog through CMS and Banner, coordinated travel, meetings, and calendar, coordination and tracking of articulation agreements, Maryland Higher Education Commission and Middle States documents, and assisted in curriculum development and college assessment protocols

This telecommuting position was established to create the Dance company brand and establish graphic and web identity. This required the development of advertising, basic office documents, and database. Primary duties for this position included the creation of posters, programs, schedules, flyers, and any other graphic design needs such as T-shirts, signs and staged video editing. This expanded my experience and knowledge with the need for film cataloguing, rehearsal and show tapings and web streaming of content. Through coordination with the CCBC marketing division, the Dance Company artistic director and the Dean of the School of Liberal Arts I assisted in rehearsals, special event management and in class repertory training.
