I lead a talented team of Visual & Motion Experience designers on Adobe Express. Partnering with other product leaders we reimagine the future of design. Guiding vision for flexible & easy-to-use tools, presets & asset collections & unlocking our users to create their own expressive & impactful content.

• Lead visual and motion design vision for Adobe’s new flagship ecosystem, Adobe Express. ° Partner with product leaders. ° Bring to life future vision for everything from our visual and motion editing tools - to Stock content library - to Artificial Intelligence tools. ° Drive art direction for in-product features and creative assets (Stock ingredients, visual merchandising, onboarding, editor tool presets and more). ° Align strategy and build buy-in for product vision.• Partner with engineering teams on the implementation of product features, from concept to shipping. ° Oversee detailed documentation of design requirements. ° Collaborate on ‘delightful and impactful’ product experiences.• Manage and mentor junior designers. ° Set art direction, lead design team critiques. ° Established a more cohesive design team.• Created branded product merchandising and marketing system with visuals used across all platforms (SEO content, product releases, e-marketing, and social media). ° First in the US, and then culturalised to our top-tier international markets. ° Helped Adobe to complete a major rebrand during a large-scale product evolution, motivating user acquisition and becoming the first Adobe product to be fully culturalised.• Selected to speak on multiple ‘Adobe live’ experiences, to promote Adobe design and thought leadership.• Drive team culture and organisation-wide events. • Led the complete redesign of our product packaging and unboxing experience to significantly increase the user adoption and retention rate. • Created delightful, on-brand assets and experiences across platforms, worked cross-functionally to develop clear art direction and strategy.

• Art directed and designed fresh and inspiring packaging for all Williams-Sonoma products. Collaborated with production managers & artists. • Lead homepage and emarketing design, including product campaigns, data-driven promotions, and integrated email marketing. Evolved art direction of brand through content design. Daily management of and collaboration with commercial, sales, copy, and engineering teams to deliver strategy and design with rapid turnaround and high volume sales.
