Historically my career spanned 19 years in Learning & Development (corporate training) managing the annual training plans and strategy spanning all the roles in the company as well as managing a team of L&D professionals to deliver on the plans. I worked for Hewlett Packard most of my career and managed a Sales Training team across the Americas’ division. Responsibilities were to provide training plans & programs for call center & field sales audiences (1500 total) for HP’s most profitable division. Working across sales leadership, I set the annual training strategies for 5 business segments & executed on these quarterly.
