My clerical skills are very versatile and time management is one of my top priorities. As a administrative assistant with a broad clerical experiences, I’m known for learning and continually looking for process improvements. I also have cross trained others in person and through Microsoft Teams in learning the processes of Long Term Care document management. I’m always known for going the extra mile. My experience includes solid record keeping in ways of data tracking, researching, document verification invoice processing and utilizing my problem solving skills when problems arise. When working with internal and external customers, I'm able to process document request through email, mail and through an assigned document queue. With each request came with a different format of processing a request. I enjoy working independently, as well as connecting with other co-workers in being apart of a team. I’m creative in how I write, and how I connect with others threw social activities. I've organized a team building project. I lead the team on a journey to a couple of nursing homes in connecting with the residents by giving back to the community. With this team building project having such a positive outcome, I was given another opportunity to teach a watercolor painting class as another team building project. All the team building projects were a success and the team really participated with enthusiasm. I am genuine, creative, and trustworthy in building value, relationships and organizational skills.
