While I go by Christina, my first name is really Joy. Whether I'm building an engaging curriculum with my team, presenting impactful EdTech to a group of 100+ professionals, hosting a mini-lesson with teenagers on comma splices, or coaching up 10-year-olds on how to serve a volleyball, JOY is what I try to be. More than anything, I believe in the power of individuals to come together as a team and achieve greatness through a commitment to excellence, service, and each other. Over the past 15 years, I've been an instructional technology coach, curriculum designer, head volleyball coach, team lead, and teacher. I've presented at dozens of conferences and professional developments, led countless curriculum design sessions, and mentored and coached the most amazing educators, athletes, coaches, and people. In all of these experiences, over and over, I see reiterated what I know to be true: People are our greatest asset and with LOVE all things are possible. Because mentors and leaders throughout my life have worked to develop who I am today, my passion is to use those skills to develop others. I approach life with a commitment to excellence, a highly-detailed heart of service, and a tenacious drive to win. I hope to empower those around me to love a little harder, believe in themselves a lot more, and think BIG knowing that with a team of mission-mind people, anything is possible.
