I have recently graduated as a Human Resources Management major from SAIT's Bachelor of Business Administration program with a minor in Energy, Oil, and Gas.My experience in administrative roles sparked my interest in Human Resources. I was able to see the importance of effective management of an organization's most valuable asset: its employees. Through the knowledge and experience I have gained at SAIT, I hope I will be able to be given the opportunity to align a company's strategic objectives with its human resources practices.
