Hired to create (strategy, plan, design, deliver, manage) robust company-wide training programs from scratch. Lead development of innovative training programs that facilitated learning and development across the organization (newly hired recruiters to sales execs to managers and VPs), supporting all employees in continued improvement, meeting or exceeding performance expectations, and growing within their career path. * Work together with the executive team and managing directors to understand business needs and to identify/develop and execute training that aligns with those needs. * Develop and lead comprehensive recruiter, account executive, recruiter coach, train the trainer, leadership and management training programs, that are industry recognized as best in class. Current programs encompass 120+ modules / learning units which include videos, wiki pages, support documents, and online tests (all materials developed in-house); training delivery via: self-guided e-learning, in person training sessions, and webinars - always with a focus on experiential or kinesthetic learning. * Developed enterprise Sharepoint wiki / knowledge repository and online curriculum tests and testing platform.* Maximize external training investment through effective post-training integration program. Earned 2019 Best in Class nomination from external training provider, in recognition for how well programs were integrated into our organization post-training.Achievements: - Recruiter & sales training programs reduced time for staff to meet performance benchmarks by 5 - 7 months. - Leadership training program allowed S.i. Systems to fill 18/21 Manager and VP roles through internal promotion; growth from $168M to $438M revenue, and 7 to 17 branches; while maintaining a 99%+ placement success rate. - Created improved standards and processes that increased win ratio from 20.1% (on 5536 placements) to 24.0% (on 8485 placements)
