I am an experienced leader and have recently developed my leadership further through an education at the Swedish Defence University. I apply a coaching leadership and am passionate about contributing to individuals growing in their professional role. I have succeeded in the roles I have had through clear communication about our challenges and what is a desirable result.I’m a goal-oriented person, and in my previous jobs I have for example accomplished following:When I worked as acting unit manager at the Swedish Consumer Agency, I changed our development work. Today, those who work as counsellors and advisors have the opportunity to contribute to the unit's development and at the same time develop in their role, something that I have succeeded in by encouraging participation and creativity. Other examples of what I accomplished are that it has now been decided that the Hallå konsument brand will be discontinued, and I have initiated an AI project to streamline the guidance that since the start in 2015 has not been able to meet the great need that consumers have for our support.As a CEO at Venture Cup, I got the opportunity to strategically and operationally implement two significant external changes to strengthen the brand as well as internal reorganization. All this aimed to maintain a strong market position and to streamline internal processes.At REC I was responsible for coordinating all sales for REC Solar, we increased revenue from $134 million (2007) to $676 million (2010). During this time, I educated approximately 40 new salespeople and helped in setting up the new Customer Logistic Center in Oslo. When I started, I handled 7 partners, that grew to 70 partners. To be able to manage this I developed new routines, and I had a great relationship with all partners since I was always personal and credible.
