- Responsible for the performance and target achievement of the stores.- Study trends, responses and demand of customer and source appropriate, adequate and timely stock accordingly.- Assist Brand Manager in proposing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to optimize sales, profit and cost-effectiveness.- Analyze and make regular report to Brand Manager (or principal whenever necessary) regarding individual performance, sales achievement, sellable items.- Formulate and supervise new or changes to existing policies and procedures.- Ensure the window displays are updated and in neat condition.- Open or close the store on time.- Maintain the database of customer.- Supervise and ensure the company regulations are implemented, particularly in disciplinary of in-store team.- Maintain the store and stockroom in neat and clean manner.- Do the stock count regularly including the management of defective items.- Manage and responsible of the store administration issues, such as cash float, petty cash and bank deposit process.- Provide the feedback to Brand Manager and management team regarding the information of the competitor brands (ie: promotion, collection, prices,etc).- Inform the staff with regard to concepts of the collections, trends, and looks of the season and combinations of shape/fabric/colour.- Ensure that products are properly displayed (inside the store. In the window and to customer).- Organize the work and the working hour of the in-store team so as best to satisfy the requirements of sales activities.- Measure the effectiveness of store and staff by monitoring parameters.- Enhance the tasks of member of the in-store team and maintain their motivation in any context.- Give the hands on training on daily basis regarding the payment process, VM guidelines, product knowledge, customer service, etc.
