Development and delivery of online MSc courses in the department of Computer Science.

Prepared materials for, and delivered, courses and seminars for undergraduates and postgraduate taught units. This included preparing individual and group assessments, setting and marking these. Supervised undergraduate final year and postgraduate dissertation project students, providing academic support and advice on workload management.Engaged in outreach (Pint of Science, Code First: Girls), widening participation (summer schools) and sat on the Athena Swan Implementation Board – responsible for promoting and maintaining equality. Courses taught: Interactive Communications Design. Courses supported: Systems Architecture and Integrated Project. Achieved a unit evaluation score above 4 in all areas, rated by students. Completed first half of Bath Course and was awarded the Associate Fellow HEA certificate

• During summer and winter holidays only, I worked in various roles for Skade Service Gruppen:o Supervised a team responsible for following upon urgent repairs of damages caused by flooding, engaging with both customers and insurance companies. I employed objectivity and professionalism in handling disputes between the two parties. o I developed and maintained an efficient on-demand Excel-based status reporting system, replacing the current paper-based system.o Moved on to work as one third of a team who resolved over 600 unanswered invoice disputes in four months, as part of a project to quickly and tactfully clear a backlog of disputes.
