- Implement superior customer service for luxury condominium and loft owners. Facilitate intercommunication between client, technicians, and/ or contractors regarding home warranties, construction projects, repairs, and renovations. - Manage shift scheduling and appointments for in home inspections, new home orientations, repairs, and services for over 200 customers in 6 different cities.- Provide departmental support for 5 managers of Builder Services, construction technicians, and subcontractors. Includes weekly Scheduling, Calendaring, troubleshooting customer scheduling issues, fielding main line phone calls, and managing a system for both hard and soft files.-Provide daily administrative support to the owner, including answering direct phone line, scheduling interviews for construction, calendar management and maintain filing. - Create and manage construction work orders in PLM (PHWS software), & Update reports for weekly Builder Meetings-Run weekly building meetings, updating the builder on all open issues regarding their communities- Generate estimates to customers for repairs and renovations.-Research pricing and order construction supplies for projects.-Resolve billing discrepancies with Builders and Subcontractors.-Prepare and submit invoicing for completed construction jobs. -Assist with training new employees.
