ETHTallinn is a non-profit organization aimed to educate the Baltic community in web3. As Project Lead, I am leading a team of +8 highly successful individuals and developing ETHTallinn's scope and growth strategy in the Baltics. Led the production of the ETHTallinn hackathon, a 3-day hybrid event with 18+ submitted projects, 220 accepted hackers, 200+ attendees, 17+ speakers, and 28+ partners and sponsors. Other notable events:- ETHTallinn Kick-off: A day-long event bringing together students and professionals in the Web3 space. 150+ people involved between participants, sponsors and builders.- ETHTallinn Workshop Series: A 3-month workshop series to onboard individuals to web3 and provide technical skillsets to the participants. A series of 5 workshops to educate individuals on developing smart contracts, educating 60+ individuals over 3 months.- ETHTallinn Hackathon: A 3-day hybrid hackathon event focused on creating impactful solutions on web3 infrastructure, security & privacy, and scalability. Orphic supports projects on building organic & scalable communities. Since 2021, we have worked with more than +8 projects in the web3 space, in long-term and short-term activations, on the NFT and Defi environment. A few projects we have collaborated with are Cora Protocol, Metawalls Berlin, Halborn, and AIrSwap. Scope of work: - Organic Community Growth - Content Strategist- Event Manager & CoordinatorSuccessful use cases:- Strategized and coordinated community & event campaigns to increase Metawalls platform engagement, with NFT sales reaching up to 2 ETH/NFT.- Facilitated a series of testnet events for a lending protocol - Cora Protocol, increasing the community by 1000 members during Testnet.- Created a side event during ETHDenver, in collaboration with @Flight3 bringing together 70 marketing leaders. 10% conversion to partners and collaborators

AirSwap is a thriving developer community that specializes in decentralized trading systems. By utilizing RFQ and LastLook protocols, AirSwap's cutting-edge technology facilitates peer-to-peer networks to benefit investors and builders.Job Scope: - Lead generation to explore possible collaborations with leading Defi projects in the space. As an example, during my participation at ETHDenver, I created an event strategy to bring the most value to the protocol and create relationships that align with the DAO's strategy. - Create a marketing analysis to increase AirSwap integration's success rate.

My focus at PrimeDAO was to build a fun and educational environment for the PrimeDAO community and contributors, strengthening PrimeDAO's connections with our established partners and scooting for likeminded projects to connect. Achievements and Roles specifics:Managed and scaled a community of 3000 participants on PrimeDAO's official communication channels by facilitating campaigns and distributing educational content.Strategized and coordinated the DAO & team activities, increasing community participation by 4x, including Twitter Spaces, Team events, etc.Onboarded and converted multiple DAO enthusiasts to successful contributors with a retention rate of 80%.Moderated and updated the PrimeDAO community on the updates and the products PrimeDAO was working on. Nutrished the relationship with more than 10 partners in the PrimeDAO network by creating cross-marketing and community opportunities. Organized and strategized two series of events, such as "Talk with DAOs" to showcase PrimeDAO's products to our audience and partners, and REFIning Economies, a mini-series about refi economies.

ElasticDAO is a governance experiment in the web3 environment, balancing the interest of different organizational associates through financial incentivization models. Worked closely with the development team & the community to create the brand image and explain the technologies under the scope of ElasticDAO.Within the first 24h since the market launch of ElasticDAO, the project's value reached 2,069.963 ETH and 6,361,276.38 USD total trading volume.Managed a community of 2000 participants and 600 voters, achieving a 60-70% quorum success on each proposal.Coordinated the marketing strategy and budget to be distributed among different community initiatives.Responsible for hiring and coordinating a team of 10 non-tech contributors.

Cruptobuilders OÜ is a development house based in Estonia that has been working in the web3 space since 2020. The company consists of 10 high-performance individuals trying to create a better future using blockchain. Scope of work:- Recruited, onboarded, and oversaw the training of new company employees.- Communicated with external & internal parties to ensure all expectations were met, facilitating the smooth running of the organization.- Coordinated and handled company monthly events and co-coordinated and overseed yearly company retreat.

A governmental initiative within Enterprise Estonia, working with different stakeholders to connect various sectors to empower the startup ecocystems.

Core organizer of Startup Week Greece 2019, a 4-day event taking place in Crete, bringing together > 1.2k participants, including students, investors, media, and the brightest startups in Greece.Created a monthly series of events to introduce the local startup ecosystem to students and young entrepreneurs, generating a 200-member community to build and grow together.
