I am passionate about leveraging data analysis and program management to drive positive change, I am a dedicated professional with a background in community outreach, youth education, and event planning. My experience spans across various sectors, including education, public health, and youth development, where I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to fostering inclusive environments and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.With a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies from Spelman College, I have honed my skills in instructional leadership and curriculum development. As a Capital Teaching Resident at KIPP DC Lead Academy, I led full-day instruction in 3rd and 4th grade classrooms, implementing innovative teaching methodologies and fostering collaborative learning environments. I actively engaged with school teams to identify teaching points and key knowledge areas, ensuring a smooth learning experience for students.In my role as a School-Based Initiatives Analyst at Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential (GCAPP), I spearheaded the identification of training gaps within the Sex Education Collaborative, leading to data-driven recommendations for improvement. By developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for managing demographic data, I enhanced data quality and consistency, contributing to informed decision-making and the successful implementation of comprehensive sex education programs.As a Tutor-Counselor with Morehouse College CRIM Upward Bound, I mentored and guided at-risk youth through a dual education and leadership program, delivering comprehensive instruction in Algebra I and Trigonometry.
