- Automated a manual process with variable inputs using PowerBI and processed standardization to reduce time spent on reconciliation from two+ days to a few hours- Implemented a new import management application in three months by developing a testing schedule and assigning tests across five team members to validate the system’s ability to handle calculations, saved data, and multiple files- Trained three new employees on the new import management system, conducting one-on-one walkthroughs on how to use it in their day-to-day functions- Designed and executed an automation solution for an ETL process by creating power queries and Excel macros to perform the download, transformation, and import functions with a click of a button- Collaborated with the Information Systems Team to further automate the process by using a Python script to replace the formatting and importing functions
