I’m a product coach and fractional product leader, helping clients who are in the pre-seed to early growth stages of a business. My product thinking and coaching are grounded in collaboration, action, and connection. I draw on a rich and multi-faceted experience from bringing three companies in very different industries to market; a variety of 1:1 and group coaching development; experience not only in product management, but also product design and front-end development; and design thinking from my time studying. I’m incredibly quick at jumping into a new problem space and have built products in some of the most complicated industries, from electronic derivatives trading to category-defining innovation in construction tech.As a product coach, I love empowering people to do the hard work that is early stage product development. Life as a product person can be lonely; if you don’t work somewhere at scale, you probably don’t have much of a team of other people in your function to brainstorm with and grow from. I love working with people in a coaching capacity, knowing that I'm helping them grow their skills and their confidence. I love knowing how our work together is directly leveraged to make a significant impact on their product and company.
