Key Achievements:* Pre-Opening Team (Le Meridien KL and Grand Hyatt KL) - Key member of the pre-opening team, contributing to the establishment of hotel-wide policies and procedures in close collaboration with the Director of Events and Director of Sales & Marketing.* Barbie Ultimate Staycation - Played a pivotal role in winning the bid against other five-star hotels for the first Barbie Staycation in Malaysia, a collaboration at a global level with Mattel Inc and being the first hotel in the Hyatt family to offer a one-of-a-kind Barbie-themed rooms and restaurant. * HYdeout – Dinotopia - Provided owners with another alternative revenue stream by repurposing the otherwise unutilized Poolside Residence into a themed family-friendly unique dining experience called Dinotopia by HYdeout. * HYdeout – Kampung in the City - Collaborated with LES' COPAQUE, is a local production company and 3D computer animation studio who introduced the popular animated characters in Malaysia, namely Upin & Ipin to create Upin & Ipin, Kampung in the City by HYdeout.
