Since 2004, Christina has served as a faculty member with the Wellcoaches School of Coaching, Inc. where she is also a Mentor Coach and Practical Examiner. The Wellcoaches Training Program is built upon the Coaching Psychology Manual and was the first coaching textbook in healthcare and wellness. Christina is a member of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. In 1996, she incorporated Performance IMPursuit Inc., a learning solutions company, where she is involved in instructional design, facilitation, and consulting to create instructor led, and eLearning education for organizations in various industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, retail, financial, academic, technology, fitness, nutrition, etc.) Christina’s experience engaging clients to develop personally and professionally includes coaching physicians, entrepreneurs, managers, trainers, healthcare providers, parents, psychologists, nurses, etc. and she is a mentor coach for aspiring coaches.
