Executive Librarian
Oversee our library system as a whole, and advise, train, and support 26 campus libraries across Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Utah, & Idaho. We have served as a team of four Executives from November 2014, to then just three, and as of December 2015 just two (myself and my counterpart in Minnesota), as Executive Librarians co-leading the 26 campus library network. We lead and work closely at the campus level with our residential and online librarians serving each of our campuses, as well as with corporate, finance, leadership across the regions, and are the lead contacts with our vendors. We serve as librarian representation in Globe's Corporate Academic meetings and Academic Council. We also provide and lead the library sessions and conduct training sessions at regional/state-wide faculty in-services, as well as coordinate and lead various network-wide library committees, monthly and weekly meetings, and daily as needed one-on-one support connections with librarians. Additionally we work with the library budget, create workflow improvements, policies, report statistics, and provide vision, motivation, and direction for the network of libraries.
Business Library Technical Services Assistant
Worked in technical services with serials cataloging of issues in Voyager, as well as their physical processing, including bindery preparations for shipping out and receiving bound versions when pulling from the current shelves and preparing for the permanent collection.
