As Design Director it's my responsibility to review and manage all creative briefs for brand and print at Crumpled Dog. Briefing designers, managing freelancers and providing creative direction and strategic thinking for design projects. I work closely with suppliers on build projects, pop on a hard hat for site visits and on site direction, managing multiple projects from briefing through to install, launch and marketing strategies. I oversee all print through Crumpled Dog, I have pass on press experience and have excellent print production and paper knowledge. I am also the current Art Director for photography briefs and book/liaise with photographers, assist with styling on set and decide the final vision. My duties also include writing brand guidelines, holding brand workshops, project scoping and client management, project quoting and boosting staff moral with a natural, bubbly personality.
