Worked on the conversion of the SWIFT environment from an x.25 network protocol to the IP based protocol called SWIFTNet. Provided 24-hour support for multiple applications used by fund accounting, custodial services, securities lending and corporate actions teams. Managed and documented the business issues and worked with the development and QA groups to ensure documentation of issues to capture lessons learned. Lead role in organizing requirements’ walk-through and status meetings for the project.Managed the SWIFT FileAct Network project, a method of delivering data in a file across a secured network. The project comprised of converting an existing system.Managed 3 SWIFT infrastructure projects, which entailed new UNIX server builds, Operating system upgrade, and an application upgrade on all servers. Provided technical support for the conversion project called Global Plus, a SunGard product at Deutsche Bank. Implemented all automated interface events between Deutsche Bank and Global Plus. This consisted of coordinating the requirements from Deutsche Bank to SunGard, and scheduling the automation as requested. Provided on-call trouble shooting and problem resolution to ensure processing was successful. Created documentation of new enhancement requests from Deutsche Bank, delivered them to SunGard for deployment, and testing. Provided network recommendations and solutions for a web based version of Global Plus for Windows.
