About Christina M. Irvin

From the autoglass industry to the engineering industry, “I help people be the best they can be, in whatever form "best" is for them”. That simple statement sums up my career no matter what my position has been and no matter what the industry was. I am a catalyst. I am an agent of change. Whether I was helping sales people know how to ask the right questions to make more sales; or, ... sales managers to know how to work better with their sales people; or, ... middle managers and executives to know the in depth questions to ask prospective hires to get the 'right fit'; or, ... to take the mystery out of the company benefits so employees feel comfortable and know what their benefits are; or, ... to kick the rocks out of the way to create understanding in the paper world of engineering to move with ease into a paperless environment; or, ... to lift the stress from tough employee conversations by helping management pivot their approach; each situation involved people wanting to do their best and be their best. I have learned that business is business. People are people. Deadlines are deadlines. Clients are clients. No matter the industry, the service or the product .... Listening… Taking action... Maintaining the self esteem of all involved to accomplish the task at hand... Looking for what can be done instead of what can't. As a change agent and a catalyst, I am able to create a safe space that allows individuals to operate at their "best", thereby completing the task at hand with more ease, less stress and better understanding.
