My main responsibilities were executive search and recruitment for national and international companies for various industries mainly on executive and senior level positions. I was selected Key Account Manager for high priority clients and delivered complex executive search processes on time, my main contact being on C-level and with HR.

I was responsible for sourcing new clients to Global Executive Solutions Group through my expanding international network. As senior consultant I managed a great deal of the recruitment process - my main competence was mainly within executive search. Furthermore I did account management and discussed recruitment strategies with clients. I was responsible for research on potential candidates, interviews, job & candidate profiles, advertising, taking 360 degrees references, personality assessments, relationship management for future candidates/clients and our jobbank. I administered our CRM-system and was responsible for the implementation and use of the system.

Odgers Berndtson is a leader in its field doing executive search in leading companies worldwide. I was responsible for research on potential candidates at executive level, doing deskresearch, making telephone interviews, preparing and documenting long and short lists for clients as well as taking 360 degrees references on candidates.

I was employed at the department for search & selection, called Wingmanager. All assignments was solved through advertising/selection processes. I functioned as assistant to consultants and worked with job & candidate profiles, company descriptions, advertising and search in jobbanks. I was appointed to be part of a team developing our online jobsite in close cooperation with a software supplier.

During last year of my studies I was employed part time at the e-learning department. I was mainly responsible for delivering training in a specific e-learning application called Centra. The training was delievered on-line.

Based in Washington DC, my task was to train layouters in the CCI Layout Champ at the newspaper USATODAY. I was responsible for preparing, designing and delivering training for approx. 100 end users.
