Previously, as the first of two women in company history named as Area Vice President Employer Sales at CVS Health (NYSE: CVS), she guided her team through five mergers and acquisitions and oversaw revenue retention and growth for the $1.1Bn TPA and Employer Division. Earlier in her career, she led Healthcare Practice Information Systems Integration and Strategy engagements for Accenture (NYSE: ACN) where she collaborated with marquis healthcare companies and integrated client teams including Kaiser Permanente Northern & Southern California, HealthNet and the FHP, Take Care and CompreCare merger. Christina serves as Independent Member, Board of Directors at MediKarma, Inc. a generative AI - empowered digital health company and Advisory Board Member at Checkable Health, Inc., a CPG digital health tech start-up. She is a financial expert, Certified Financial Planner CFP® and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Christina holds a dual BA in Economics and International Relations from Scripps College and is certified in Innovation and Strategy by MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2024 she completed Brown University | ACT’s Leadership and Performance coaching certification. She holds Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™, 360 Coaching Master, and Predictive Index talent assessment certifications and is a credentialed coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation.
