Hello! My mission and passion are to bring out a better you. Working at Playfair Planning Services allows me to pursue my mission every day. Ensuring my team is set up for success with their interests and capacity is a rewarding experience. There is greater value in understanding how each person can function in a team rather than focusing on the task. Being a member of the Playfair Team requires a lot of behind-the-scenes organizational management, and I’m not one to shy away from challenges. I welcome and strive through it as I strengthen my skills. I graduated with a master’s degree in Human Resource Management to expand my knowledge of HR. I graduated from Brooklyn College with well-rounded business education, too. I’m familiar with staff & talent acquisition, training & development, and payroll. I aspire to work with people within the Human Resources capacity that affect all the areas of workers' journey within a company. I want to work with those closest to me because I want to see the growth within my relationships, so I hope to get a chance to meet with you, too!
