Christina Schaefer brings over 18 years of project management and operational excellence to the Legacy Capital Partners team. Since her tenure, which began in May 2016, she has managed the completion of a wide variety of projects including ground up residential, industrial rehabilitation and large-scale commercial renovations & capital improvements. Christina actively manages a real estate portfolio of over $55MM with responsibilities that include: property management oversight to ensure budgetary control and compliance, timely execution of capital improvement plans, as well the engagement, management and collaboration of general contractors, brokers, engineers and architects to ensure timely and strategic execution of improvements that maximize value.
