As a product manager of the teleconference service Smart Meeting I was responsible for its growth and profit. My functions included:- Budget, forecasts, marketing campaigns and sales support.- Product development and the launch of Document Sharing integrated in the Smart Meeting web interface.

As a Product Manager of Tele2Mobil I was responsible for its growth and profit. My functions included:- Marketing camapigns, sales support- Launch of new services such as mobile insurance and GPRS data.

I was part of a team that set up the telemarketing department at Tele2 Sverige AB. I was also responsible for purchasing and planning of telemarketing campaigns. In partnerships with call centers we tested and improved methods related to sales and customer care in the field of telecom services. Telemarketing turned out to be a successful and cost-efficient way to sell fixed telephone and mobile subscriptions to small and medium sized companies.
