• Provide technical support and shift leadership for all Specialized Applications Services (SAS) support. Including diagnosing and resolving client issues related to SAS-related programs and solve user-issues problems in a timely manner• Ensure a high level of customer focus (internally and externally) with due care and attention to customer priority issues and appropriate levels of customer communications• Implement departmental and broader business initiatives into day-to-day operations. Including maintaining and enhancing the communication within the team, with other IS functions and with other key contacts across the company.• Work with shareholders and the team to carefully plan, design and deploy with continual improvements to Service Quality. • Managing support request escalations in line with SLA’s, diagnose and resolve client issues related to SAS. • Work closely with SAS application owners to capture and manage known errors to acceptance or resolution.• Work directly with SAS EPS support to enhance service offering to GHD staff and improve resolution times on support requests. • Actively work to minimise IS operations risk
