"The journey is the goal", sounds trite, but describes very precisely my professional career up to this point. Without chance, I would never have ended up at RMS in my life, in an industry that was completely foreign to me until then. Completely inexperienced, I got involved in the experiment and am more than satisfied with the result. Here I found what I wasn't really looking for 😉Personnel work and process optimization, how does it work together? For example, by trying to find the right software solution for the HR processes. In times of new work, agility and VUCA, you always have to face new challenges and you can experiment so much at RMS. Since June 2021, I have been lucky enough to be able to do an internal training as a cultural coach. Not only professionally I like to question situations & processes, also privately it may be something more. In addition to the big topics such as sustainability and garden, another heart project has taken a lot of time and energy since last year. In times of Corona & Lockdown giving children a voice was my challenge. As a result, together with other comrades-in-arms, I have founded a friends' association (www.luette-itzstedter.de) which is now finally picking up speed. "Take responsibility in a focused way, defy the expectations of others in order to strengthen a sustainable community!" I am always happy about suggestions and inspiring exchange.
